Refund policy

We accept unopened/unused product returned to us up to 14 days from the date of shipping your order. We will only accept product if we have received notification of your reason, within 14 days by email. You will receive a full refund for the cost of the product. However, we cannot refund shipping costs, as it has already been paid to the courier. If the order was unopened and shipped with UPS, mark the order as "return to sender" and return it to the post office. Return shipping charges will not be incurred.

Product must be returned in salable condition. We are unable to accept open bags of latex and packages of foil balloons. If you return product that is not in salable condition, the product will not be refunded or returned to you. It is best to email us a list of the products you wish to return in advance. Include the tracking number of the return in your email. If you return products shipped more than 10 days ago without return authorization, we reserve the right to not refund the items. We will also not ship the products back to you. Returns can take up to 14 days to process after we receive your return.
