Shipping policy

  • All orders are shipped to be delivered on the delivery date selected at checkout.
  • We ship from New Orleans, LA.
  • When an order ships, a tracking number will be emailed.
  • A signature may be required upon delivery when the order value is $200+.
  • You may provide specific delivery instructions at checkout in the second address line
  • The package may be available for pick up at a UPS Access Point if the carrier is unable to deliver it on the first attempt
  • Sales tax is charged according to the state, province, or territory to which the package is being shipped.
  • Products may be delivered in separate packages, depending on the size of the order.
  • All balloons are shipped packaged and not inflated.
  • Calendar delivery dates are not currently available for the Post methods
  • Post business days are estimates. Business days do not include weekends or holidays
